Access follows current entitlement state
A verified purchase can grant streaming, reading, or download access. A full refund, reversal, dispute, fraud finding, or legal restriction can revoke the access that depended on that payment.
History remains
Orders keeps the refunded transaction. Library may preserve the historical relationship, but purchase-only Download disappears. This prevents a historical receipt from being mistaken for an active entitlement.
Free access can be separate
If the creator also offers a genuinely free save, preview, or file, that separate access may remain. 44OS does not restore a refunded paid entitlement merely to show a button.
