Publish only authorized work
You must own the submitted work or hold every permission needed to publish, stream, reproduce, display, distribute, sell, and license it through the features you enable. This includes recordings, compositions, writing, artwork, samples, names, and metadata.
Acknowledgement is not verification
44OS records a versioned rights acknowledgement when a Creator publishes. That record does not mean 44OS independently cleared the work.
Rights reports
44OS may hide or restrict reported material while reviewing it, notify the Creator, preserve audit history, and act on repeat infringement. Use the Copyright and Takedowns process for a rights claim.
