How creator-set prices relate to verified sales and reviewed payouts.
Pricing
Eligible Creators set prices for supported digital offers in Studio. A visible price does not override seller eligibility, Item publication, active offer state, or platform and provider controls.
Verified sales
A sale counts only after signed Stripe evidence is processed. Browser redirects and client-side success screens are not accounting authority. Refunds and processor fees are recorded as separate ledger facts rather than rewriting the original sale.
Earnings and payouts
Studio can show verified activity and earnings state. Accrued, pending, or under-review amounts are not a promise that a payout has completed. Payout readiness requires separate administrator, tax, and Wise destination review, and approved payouts are recorded independently.
Questions about a sale
Send Support the Item, approximate purchase time, and any visible order or earnings reference. Do not ask the buyer to send card details or attempt to settle a discrepancy outside the platform record.
