Where protected downloads appear and why a Download action may be missing.
Where to download
Open the acquired Item in Library. Sample Packs use a primary Download action. Eligible Music and Books show Download beside Play or Read and may list individual files below. Orders can also link you to the downloadable Library Item.
Why Download may not appear
- The Item does not include a downloadable file.
- Payment has not been verified.
- The entitlement was refunded, reversed, revoked, or disputed.
- You are signed into a different account.
- The creator offers streaming, reading, or previews without a full download.
Protected links
44OS creates short-lived authorized links for private files. Do not share them. If a link expires, return to Library and request the file again.
